Tree Planting & Environmental Action in Peel, WA Volunteers Growing a Greener Future

The Shed - Plant Sales

At Men of the Trees, we’re committed to sharing knowledge that helps individuals, schools, and communities grow and care for native plants. Below you’ll find a collection of helpful resources to support your planting journey — whether you’re a beginner gardener, an educator, or a community volunteer.

About Our Plants

Our plants are grown in 50 x 50 x 120 mm square forestry tubes.
They are:
● Grown from seeds or cuttings in spring
● Nurtured over summer
● Ready for planting in late autumn or early winter

How You Can Order Plants

Place An Order

This is best for large orders and for when you want to make sure you get the plants you want. Orders need to be placed in the late winter or early spring of the year before you want the plants. We will then propagate and grow to your order. Plants are supplied for planting in the following year. So for example, if you place an order in October 2025, your plants will be ready in June 2026.

To place an order please contact at Secretary@mottpeel.com.au or mottpeelsecretary@gmail.com. We will take your details and arrange for someone to contact you to discuss and take your order and work out how we’ll get your plants to you.

Buy From Existing Stock

Every year we grow more plants than we have orders for. These plants are sold at markets, festivals and by arrangement. They are $3 per pot. The plants are mostly groundcovers, small to medium shrubs and smaller trees suited to suburban environments. We grow some big trees and larger shrubs, but it is best to place an order in advance if you want large quantities of tall trees and big shrubs.
